One of my all-time favorites (not the, but one of the) in terms of Windows betas is Windows 8, as it is so interesting to see just how far we have come since the days of the "metro" interface and when the Windows Store was just then becoming a thing in 2011-2012. This video covers Build 8102 with the Sample applications and shows the applications that work within the modern environment.
