I went down to the gold mine 3 times since I ran the blast furnace last and had about 7 lbs of very black sand/sulphides/small gold. I dried it and mixed it with flux and loaded the crucible for a melt. It was all fairly successful besides the crucible falling out of the pouring ring at the end. They erode over time so this will probably be the last time I use that one since it's getting thin. We got 163 grams of precious metal alloy that I will further refine in another video.
