Stinging nettles are packed with so many vitamins and minerals that they make wonderful food for you and your plants. They are packed with nitrogen and are a greats source in which to feed leafy greens such as brassicas and rhubarb.

But besides containing minerals they contain the vitamins A, B1, B5, C, D, E and K, Something else I was quite shocked about is that ounce for ounce they contain 4 times more vitamin C than oranges
