2 cups steamed cauliflower
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
Juice of 2 lemons
2 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp onion powder
Salt to taste
4 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 cup red lentils, cooked
2 carrots, cooked

1 head of broccoli
1/2 bag pasta
