Here is an easy recipe to try with your favourite sport fish!
Ingredients:
1/4 c butter or margarine
2 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 finely chopped shallot
1/4 c heavy cream
1 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper
4 fillets
Preheat oven to 390 f. Melt butter and stir in minced garlic, shallots, Dijon, lemon juice, and cream. Salt and pepper to taste.
Season fillets in a baking dish with salt and pepper. Pour mixture over fish. Bake for 8-12 minutes. Garnish with lemon slices and dill if desired.
