Oceana Restaurant in Bacong just recently opened. Some may know the place under the name Chikahan Seaside Restaurant. It is located in Bacong, just a few minutes drive south of Dumaguete.
The location at the waterfront is awesome. There is always a nice breeze. Sadly, the wind totally messed up my audio recording, but I can't have all perfect.
We had 2 starter and 2 main dishes. They have a decent menu with mainly Filipino dishes. While they state also Western dishes on the menu, I would rather call them western influenced, because they do have the typical local taste to them.
Anyway, we enjoyed the view, some decent meals, and may go there again, if we pass by there and it is time for some food. Driving there from our home in Dumaguete, just to eat, will probably not happen, even sitting there at the ocean is quite romantic, as Mama Monster stated...
