Took a walk along a section of the site of the Hetton Colliery Railway in Sunderland.
A stretch of it from Eden Vale to Millfield.
Opened in 1822 it took coal along an 8 Mike railway that ran from Hetton to the river Wear.
Take in some sights and a bit of local history, including a tragedy from June 1878.
