Unforgiven 2001 But It's WWE 2K25

That time of the month has struck once again where Cody and the boys simulate a retro PPV on WWE 2K25 as voted by the members of our community! This month - we had back to 2001. While the Attitude Era has recently hit it's conclusion there is plenty still left over. The Invasion is in full effect as WCW and ECW look to take down the WWF.

A mere two weeks before this show, tragedy befell the United States after the attacks of 9/11. With American Patriotism at it's absolute peak, there is one hero in the WWF who embodies that spirit more than anybody else, Kurt Angle. In his hometown of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, Kurt will look to upend Stone Cold Steve Austin for the WWF Championship. Elsewhere, The Rock must deal with a numbers disadvantage as he faces BOTH Booker T and Shane McMahon.

Two big tag team championship matches as the show kicks off with a Fatal 4 Way Elimination Tag. However, we also see the infamous (for the wrong reasons) clash as the Brothers of Destruction find themselves in a battle with WCW's KroniK. All that and plenty more for Unforgiven 2001!
