Flu on the Rise: Doctor shares advice on how to stay healthy amid more illness

Even during what doctors call "a mild to moderate flu season", there has been an uptick in flu cases in northern Indiana. Doctors say numbers show that many cases are those who do not have risk factors such as young children.
