This content is covered in a Discrete Math course I often teach, and is usually covered in a stand alone Number Theory course at other institutions.

In this video we cover linear congruence equations and how to solve them. Furthermore we cover what is typically known as the Chinese Remainder Theorem, but is actually historically (as far as I know) attributed to Sun Zi. This allows us to solve two congruence equations at the same time.
