Richard Allen's FULL First Police Interrogation Video | Delphi Murders

This video, entered into evidence during Richard Allen's trial, shows his first police interrogation video from Oct. 13, 2022, with Carroll County Prosecutor's Office investigator Steve Mullin and then-Detective Tony Liggett of the Carroll County Sheriff's Office.

Allen was found guilty of murdering Abby Williams & Libby German in 2017. Following his conviction last year, he was sentenced to 130 years in prison, the maximum sentence allowed by Indiana law.
