Get help if you’re struggling. Why prolong the process and get it early if you can. It’s much easier than you think. You just gotta take the leap. Finding a doctor with a background in SUD is much more cost affective normally. I did both and got great info that helped me get to a much better place. Dont think black or white and go the route that works best for you. Medication are neither good nor bad but a lack of education and or discipline doesn’t help.
