This week I got the opportunity to spend some time with a Parkour group called 'The Lost Spirit' in Hereford, UK. As it was the first time I was learning about this sport I thought I should document it. The young lads you see in this video have been training for years and have a different outlook on life. It was an amazing experience for me to know about this art form and to learn from these guys.

Parkour- Parkour is a training discipline using movement that developed from military obstacle course training. Practitioners, called tracers or traceurs, aim to get from one point to another in a complex environment, without assistive equipment and in the fastest and most efficient way possible.
STORROR- Storror is one of the finest Parkour groups in the world. They have a Youtube channel where they continue to inspire parkourists and free-runners all around the world.
