Mercs Original Mode Completed Hard No Miss No Bombs Megadrive

No-commentary gameplay of Mercs / Senjou no Ookami II. US Version. Megadrive / Genesis. Original mode, hard difficulty. Played with Gens, no tools, cheats, autofire, re-recording or save states were used.

I had already uploaded a gameplay from the arcade version of Mercs. This time I have tried the original mode exclusive for the Sega Megadrive/Genesis version. This mode includes new levels and the possibility of buying items and upgrades. You can control 5 different characters, each one carrying a unique weapon and with their own speed and power levels. The characters/weapons are: Rifle, Burner, Launcher, Laser and Homing. The latter two are new for this version.

I must say that this is an incredible mode, even better than the arcade one. It's longer, more varied, more fun and has better replayability, with many hidden areas.

There's not much to say about the gameplay, but I mainly use Rifle and Laser for the bosses. I don't like Launcher because he is too slow and Laser is more powerful. Homing arrives too late and Burner can be useful in levels 2 and 3.

I show the strategies that are suitable for me. Maybe there are better ones but I didn't find them out. I also show all hidden areas or at least, most of them. If I missed any of them, please tell me.
