Talofa lava and welcome back to another Sunday cooking episode on our channel! 🌴🙏🍽️
This morning I woke up a little late and the weather wasn’t the best rain and strong winds had us switching things up. Instead of our usual plans, we went with a classic: saka (steamed taro). We also whipped up a beautiful butter lemon fish, some luau ulo (taro leaves in coconut cream), and my wife’s delicious chop suey.
Despite the late start, I’m grateful I still made it to church sometimes the small victories mean the most.
