A dark voyage into Mayan myth and Western esotericism, Ix Tab is Capricorni Pneumatici’s first full-length exploration with the Yamaha DX7, weaving ritual electronics, arcane chants, and experimental sound manipulations. Inspired by the enigmatic Mayan goddess of ropes and snares, the album blends ancient glyphs, vampiric lore, and medieval mysticism into a sonic rite recorded with analog craftsmanship in 1987–88.
