Despite the beautiful surroundings and helpful staff, I found the resort to be overpriced and overrated. The lack of heated pools and a hot tub left me feeling that the cost did not match the experience provided. Additionally, the nickel-and-diming approach, such as charging for water and limiting towel usage, left a sour taste in my mouth.

Although the staff was responsive and accommodating, the absence of certain basic amenities and the strict policies regarding towel cards detracted from the overall luxury experience I had expected. The value for money simply was not there, leading to a feeling of being shortchanged during my stay.
