How a Big Move Tested Our Marriage & Changed Everything

One year ago, my husband and I made the decision to move back to our hometown of Indianapolis—but it wasn’t the homecoming we expected. We were facing serious financial struggles, crashing on couches, arguing more than ever, and trying to figure out how to rebuild from scratch.

In this video, I’m sharing what that first year has really been like. From the tension it put on our marriage, to finally finding our own place, to working, going back to school, and trying to stay grounded—this move tested us in every way.

I hope by sharing our story, it encourages someone else who’s in a hard season, trying to start over, or holding things together when everything feels uncertain.
