A 30-minute embodied yoga practice, mostly exploring shapes from tabletop to awaken the side body and encourage spacious breathing, followed by a 5-minute Śavāsana. You might like to use a blanket under your knees for extra support, along with any other props that help to offer kindness and gentleness to your body.
This is my first attempt at filming a yoga practice! It’s unedited, uploaded in the wrong resolution, my dog Ginger makes herself known at the start, and you may also notice some shifts in sound, but I’ve chosen to share it anyway as a gentle rebellion against my perfectionism.
