A wonderful Chair Yoga practice of gentle movements to loosen up your body while you add strength and stability in the legs and core.
We repeat simple movements to the rhythm of the breath so you can feel how your movements affect your breath and vice versa.
The first half hour of the class is done while seated in the chair. Then we practice a 20 minute standing sequence with our hands on the chair for support. We end with a guided relaxation.
Your body will be looser, you'll be more relaxed, and you'll be breathing easier at the end of this class!
