Squashing the beef: back workout with Brandon Hendrickson and Jeremy Buendia

After over a decade of competing together, I finally got a workout in with one of my biggest rivals in my career, the 3x Men's Physique Olympia champ Brandon Hendrickson. For those of you who have followed me for a long time, you know me and Brandon didn't like each other at all, and that went beyond the stage. I'm grateful we've been able to mature over the years, and give each other the respect that you'll see throughout this video as two guys that led the growth of the Men's Physique division.
