How to create a NPC Replacer in Skyrim

Over the years I've become quite picky with how my NPCs look and always wanted to tweak them to my liking. Now, with the help of the Creation Kit and Racemenu, I've achieved just that.
You can use this method shown not just to create your own NPC Replacer, but you can also use this to overhaul custom NPCs, as long as you don't want them to use unique/standalone textures.
Note:
This is not a tutorial to create a Replacer you can upload, but for your own personal use. Please also note that this tutorial is for Skyrim Legendary Edition. I don't use SE so I can't promise that this method will work on SE.
Here is what you need:
-Skyrim (obviously)
-Racemenu (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods...)
-Racemenu Mimic Spell (under Optional)
-Wryebash for turning esps to esms (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods...)
-Creation Kit
-GIMP/Photoshop
The process of esmifying an esp is not explained in this video, but you can check out my other video ( • Changing Hair and Beard on Custom Follower ) where I explain the process starting from minute 5:20.
