📏 Physical Standard Test (PST) Criteria:

Height Requirements:

Male Candidates:

General/OBC/SC: 168 cm

ST: 160 cm

Female Candidates:

General/OBC/SC: 152 cm

ST: 147 cm

Chest Measurements (for male candidates only):

General/OBC/SC:

Unexpanded: 79 cm

Expanded: 84 cm

ST:

Unexpanded: 77 cm

Expanded: 82 cm

Weight Requirement for Female Candidates:

Minimum: 40 kg

🏃‍♂️ Physical Efficiency Test (PET) Criteria:

Male Candidates: 4.8 km run to be completed within 28 minutes

Female Candidates: 2.4 km run to be completed within 16 minutes
