Hello, Christmas is just around the corner. So I thought of sharing a simple jelly dessert that you can make without much practice or preparation. Just make this one day ahead and top up with pomegranate just before serving. Merry Christmas!

Ingredients：

Pink layer:
300 ml pomegranate juice, room temperature
200 ml water, room temperature
2 grams agar-agar powder
3 grams instant jelly powder
40 grams caster sugar
30 ml coconut milk or milk of choice
5 grams cornstarch + 20 ml water
Clear layer:
5 grams instant jelly powder
500 ml water, room temperature
50 grams caster sugar
Garnish 装饰:
3 tablespoon pomegranate
4 slices of lime

材料：

粉色层：
300 毫升 石榴汁，室温
200毫升水，室温
2克燕菜粉
3克速溶果冻粉
40克细砂糖
30 毫升 椰奶或自选牛奶
5克玉米淀粉+20毫升水

透明层：
5 克速溶果冻粉
500 毫升水，室温

装饰：
3 汤匙石榴
4 片青柠
