I finally found them after at least 3 years of searching, maybe not the best of searching, but hey, I got them. These are two Aero City Cabinets shipped from San Francisco Bay from a Sushi Shop (and surprisingly don't smell like sushi). Definitely were shipped over from Japan in one point in their life, sadly I don't know many specific details since the deal was done completely through Neo-Geo forums. Shouldn't be too hard to get these all cleaned up and working great!
