California Earthquake Update; M5.2 Strikes East of San Diego, Geologist Analysis

A magnitude 5.2 earthquake just struck east of San Diego, causing the ground to shake for nearly 10 seconds, with this event being felt across at least 3 U.S. states. This earthquake occurred on a portion of the San Andreas Fault System, but not the San Andreas Fault proper. Instead, it originated on the Elsinore Fault. Today's video will discuss the earthquake, why it occurred, and the odds of various magnitude aftershocks via the analysis of a geologist.
