Default shipping material for the CDs & DVDs is bubble mailer. CDs & DVDs will be sent with the the jewel cases.

LP records are sent in the cardboard shipping boxes. If the LP record is sealed, it will be sent sealed. If the LP record is unsealed, record will be taken out of the sleeve for shipping purposes.

If you have special request how to pack the items please contact me before paying the order. For instance (if requested separately):
1. LP record factory sealing can be opened and the record can be taken out of the sleeve for the shipping purposes
2. Some items, like CDs & DVDs can be sent without jewel cases
3. Some items, like CDs & DVDs can be sent in the cardboard boxes instead of bubble mailers.

Points 2. and 3. may affect to the shipping & handling fees!

Unfortunately on very rare occasions there are issues caused to the items by the courier companies.

If the items (LPs, CDs, MDs, cassettes, DVDs, Blurays, their cases or sleeves) are damaged during the shipping, compensation is based to the weight of the item.

In case of damaged items, there are few important things to remember:
1. If the shipping material looks damaged open a complaint to the shipping company immediately during delivery.
2. If you find out damage after opening the parcel: don't lose the shipping material as shipping company may want to inspect it.
3. Prepare to send high resolution photos of the damaged shipping material & items.
4. Maximum compensation is 20 EUR/kg.

Cancellation of the order after PayPal payment is not possible.
