Dip consistency is tricky!! It took me a long time to work out all the details on how to best use this consistency. I'm so happy I didn't give up! I now use this method often to speed through a busy holiday season. I use this method mostly for my frosted mini cookies with non-pareils. Frosted cookies are one of my best sellers and for a good reason! They are delicious! The crunch of the non-pareils give the sugar cookie a whole new texture and these sell out every time.
In this tutorial, I will show you my exact process. What the consistency looks like in the bowl, how to prep before you start, how to dip and sprinkle your cookies, and my favorite way to package them.
