Today we are in Riccia, in Molise. First time in Molise for the Pasta Grannies team and we were blown away by the hospitality of this region. Everyone we met was lovely, starting with 97yr old Pasqualina— known to everyone as Lina. She makes Ciufoli, a traditional pasta from the region which is a smaller variation of cavatelli - it’s the first time we come across it. Her friend Rosaria joins her as she cooks, sharing stories and laughter along the way. What a lovely episode, enjoy!
