Today, we look at the most difficult part of painting portraits, and that is how to paint hands. More specifically, though, we’re gonna look at the subtle details that go into painting a hand that you’d see in the works of Renaissance and Baroque artists from back in the day.

I talk you through some tips on sketching and drawing, how to draw a variety of hand poses, and then how to render the hand realistically, in TWO DIFFERENT WAYS!
