Mechanical Belt Lifters are rated to 1-tonne load capacity, with our standard range able to service conveyors belt widths between 900 mm and 2000 mm. The lightweight single frame design allows for quick set up and operation, requiring only two personnel for set up and one during operation. The Mechanical Belt Lifter is suitable for when overhead space is limited, such as for underground conveyors. Our mechanical lifter has ability to lift both your trough belt and return belt simultaneously.

A high torque/low RPM driver (e.g. 0.5 kW/80 Nm battery drill) is used to raise the conveyor belt in less than a minute. The self-supporting anti-reversing design allows a belt maintainer to safely work underneath the raised conveyor belt. Custom feet are available to suit the various conveyor designs.
