Use Dies & Texture Paste to Create Beautiful Stencil Designs for Journals, Tags, Pockets | Tutorial

Welcome back to Gina Makes It! Today I am sharing a very easy technique to create beautiful vintage-inspired designs using texture paste and dies.

For the past few weeks, I've been playing with the idea of making my own stencils using a few of the vintage-y dies I had on-hand and some white card stock. So I pulled out my Sizzix machine, blew off the dust, and started cranking. It worked!

Coupled with white or tinted texture paste, the resulting image is beautiful and so versatile. This simple process is perfect for creating ephemera, pockets, and tags to use on upcoming junk journal projects -- you can even decorate a cover with this process.
