With the Lowered F-150 Lightning EV.
Been a while! But i'm back with more on the lowered ford lightning.
I've been busy working on the new electric lightning to learn as much as i can, and share as much as i can with anyone interested in this new ford EV.

About a month ago, I lowered my new ford f-150 lightning another few inches in the rear. This came with not only a new look for the all new electric f-150 pickup truck, but also brought up new problems with my new lowered ford lightning. When I checked the onboard scale system, It was showing me an error "max payload exceeded" even with the truck being completely empty. This was, and is the very first lowered lightning out there, so I had some figuring out to do. Instead of fighting the computer on the 2022 F150 lightning, I decided to keep things simple, and relocate the ride height rod mounting location to compensate for the drop. This 2022 lightning XLT is really a blast to drive, and does it ever WORK.
I walk you through the process of resolving the issues i had in the video. Hope this helps anyone interested in lowering the new ford lightning.
