Potato Onion Green chilli Cinnamon Clove Carrot Cumin Soyachunks Curd Turmeric Paprika Salt Peanuts Sesame seeds Ginger Garlic paste Ghee Oil

Cooking process
Wash vegetables wash soya chunks and boil soya chunks in salt and bay leaf water
Tip For protein lovers boil soya chunks in less water
Take 2 cup of rice wash it 3 times and soak the rice upto 30min
Kadai add 1 tablespoon oil and tablespoon ghee add ginger garlic paste sauté them add cumin cinnamon clove sliced onion and green chilli sauté it later add boiled vegetables stir fry and add boiled soya chunks add salt paprika and curd mix it well add soaked rice water after few minutes add rice to it after cooking at last simmer the heat
Mirchi ka salan
Peanut coriander seeds sesame seeds roast them and add it to mixer add salt and blend them for paste in kadai add oil and ginger garlic paste add green chilli stir it add turmeric and paprika after finished
Serve it with Hot
