• Narrow elastic for sleeve cuffs & pant waist, matching thread, interfacing small, pins, scissors, measuring tape, 20–25 cm back opening zipper or buttons (if needed)

Top
• Front inner bodice (on fold) — 1
• Back bodice (on fold or 2 halves) — 1
• Sleeve (long gathered) — 2
• Ruffle strap pieces — 4 strips (2 for each strap ruffle)
• Tiered skirt panels — 2 rectangles (upper & lower) or one rectangle gathered in two rows
• Neck/armhole facings

Pants
• Front pant — 2
• Back pant — 2 (slightly deeper crotch)
• Waist casing strip (or waistband) — 1

Trim
• Crochet yoke panel (rectangular) — size to match front chest width
• Crochet cuff trims for pant hem

🪡 Stitching — step-by-step (short & camera-ready)
1. Prepare crochet yoke: If using granny-square trim, stitch squares together to create front chest panel. Finish edges neatly.
2. Bodice assembly: Sew shoulder seams of inner bodice (right sides together). Finish neckline with facing. Pin crochet yoke panel over front chest and topstitch around edges to secure.
3. Sleeves: Sew sleeve seams. Create narrow casing at wrist, insert elastic for gathered cuff. Attach sleeves to armholes and sew side seams.
4. Ruffle straps: Hem ruffle strips, gather top edge and attach to strap base. Fold strap, stitch and turn. Attach lower ends to bodice front/inner back ends to hide seams. Secure upper straps on back (or use buttons for adjustability).
5. Skirt tiers: Hem lower tier first. Gather top of lower tier to match upper tier bottom; join. Then gather combined skirt top to match bodice bottom measurement. Attach skirt to bodice, finish seam allowances neatly.
6. Back closure: Insert zipper or small button placket at center back; finish facing for a clean inside.
7. Pants: Sew front & back center seams and inseams. Make waist casing/attach waistband and insert elastic; stitch ends securely. Hem pant legs, then sew crochet cuff trim to hem edge for the same look as image.
8. Final finish: Press entire set, check gathers and trim placement, secure loose threads.
