Ladi Pav
Ladi pav is an Indian bread which is very soft and fluffy. It is very famous in mumbai and is best had with Batata vada, Samosa, Pakoras, burji, bhaaji, kheema and many more dishes.
Ingredients
1) All-purpose flour(Maida) - 400grms(sieved)
2) Sugar - 1&1/2tsp
3) Milk - 1/2cup or 100ml
4) Water - 1&1/2cup or 300ml
5) Butter for greasing the Pav
6) Oil (refined) - 2 to 3tbsp
7) Salt - 1/2tsp
8) Instant dry yeast - 2&1/2tsp
