As requested here's a video of a full run with the Pokeking site on the side, so that everyone can see how I usually handle the solves.
The run was made with the Wild Taste team, a very consistent team that can do 4 E4s pretty much effortless in an hour with 10 to 17 minutes to spare and sometimes even all 5 E4 as shown in the video.
