TARN is loyal to a fault, the fault being if you're any less than his level of loyal to the Decepticon cause, you're on 'the list'. Which means your days are numbered. Tarn will hunt you down and use his 'outlier' ability to make your Spark self-destruct. His brand of rough justice allows for no mitigating circumstances, no plea-bargaining. And though he can be utterly brutal and compassionless, he views himself as merely a beaurocrat or an administrator, dotting i's and crossing t's. Tarn can go from affable to homicidal in a moment, and once you're on 'the list', the only way off it is when life functions cease.

Ability: OUTLIER WAVE
Rain energy on a chosen area dealing X damage, all allies receive a 40% class-specific buff for 10 seconds.
