How the Homing Attack is RUINING Sonic Gameplay

The Homing Attack has been a part of Sonic's Core Moveset for the past 25 years. Unfortunately since its introduction its mechanical depth has slowly but surely been stripped to the point of becoming mindless button mashing. In this video I discuss its oversimplification throughout the years, and how it negatively affects the gameplay as a whole.
