We will do 5 exercises, each lasting 30 seconds, and we will complete 3 sets. It's easy and will give you amazing results!
Routine:
Legs apart and stretch your arms up and down.
Lift your legs in two counts with the help of your arms.
Bend your legs, hands together, and touch your elbow to the opposite knee.
Hands together in front and move your arms side to side.
Lift your legs in front.
