Season 12 brings a massive rework to the House of Lancaster civilization.
Everyone is wondering how it can be used now. How we are to maximize the eco. What is best and what is no longer viable.

I took the time to test and min max again with the new changes.
So here is the feudal pressure "Royal Rush" with the season 12 manor rework (S12 Royal Rush).

Key points:
-The +20% sheep gather bonus is still massive for their feudal timing.
-Lords for feudal push are still great and unchanged.
-I'm showing my rarely used 2-scout opening here because I think it's now actually worth doing. (because not just for sheep bonus, and not just for denying enemy food; but it'll keep your villagers at home much longer under the influence of original manor's invested in - which is crucial).
-You don't have to do hobelar yeoman. You can do any combination of units. Just do what make sense against your matchup. Even do all 3 units if you want.
-This civ manor rework makes HOL very nerfed for bunkering, booming, timing-popping units with no production buildings etc. BUT it stays very very good if not better at feudal pressure (because the first 2 manors are ramped compared to the old ones. But they will over time fall off significantly until you invest in farms around them to keep vills close. Which no one wants to do early, but is an option to keep the bonus going early)

All of these changes are good. I like the civ now for AOE4. It's not broken in its structure anymore, but it's still great. It gives you the feel of having to think about placement and what and where to go next.

In this build order video, it ends after the units are starting to be produced. But I continue in order to showcase what the eco will feel like for you, and what the army massing up and timing feels like for you.
