The 34th Annual Phillippine Culture Night theme is "Magsama Sama Tayo" or Let's Get Together.

To us, that means bringing together our community here at UC Davis. Each of us PCN Coordinators have found community here in the FilAm community. We have found our chosen family, our home away from home. Two years of being in a global pandemic, online school, and not being able to see those that matter most to us gave us hardships we could never have expected.

This 2021-2022 school year gave us all the opportunity to have a fresh start. We learned how to navigate programming with COVID regulations and learned how to be more flexible and adapt to situations. We were still able to welcome almost three generations of FilAm leaders that have never seen a PCN, Picnic Day, or Friendship Games. In a way, we learned how to rebuild our community and retain it in different ways.

The theme of our show, "Magsama Sama Tayo" or "Let's Get Together" celebrates our love for the community. It celebrates our love for the family that we created. We hope you all are able to "get together" with the people you love.
