When P&O Azura docked in Gran Canaria, I decided to skip the usual port-side activities and head straight for the beach. The south of the island, specifically Maspalomas and Playa del Inglés, always boasts better weather than Las Palmas, so it was an easy choice. With the bus station just a five-minute walk from the cruise terminal and a return ticket costing next to nothing, I was soon on my way. Spending the afternoon on my favorite beach, soaking up the sun and enjoying the relaxed vibe, was the perfect way to unwind during the stop
