Videos for the people you love - when I thought I had dementia

When I got diagnosed with Younger Onset Alzheimer's disease, I started making videos for close friends and family.

The videos will be given to them (on memory sticks) when I'm in my later stages, so they can:

1.  take a trip down memory lane (I get the camera out regularly and capture everyday memories)
2. for them to remember how much I appreciate them (me talking to the camera about them).

These videos will remain private, but, I thought I would share this silly introduction video (they will be instructed to watch this video first).

I'm sure they'll find it funny!!!!

I hope you also enjoy it and perhaps consider making your own videos for your loved ones.

The truth is, although I've been capturing everyday memories, I haven't been recording myself talking to the camera. I've been thinking "I've got plenty of good years ahead of me, I'll do it later".

But, I will regret that. They would love to get a timeline of messages (especially me talking about events that occur, which would be a lot more descriptive and complete if I record it while it's fresh in mind).

It's going to take effort, but my loved ones would really appreciate it. So, by creating this introduction video, it's me forcing myself to get cracking!!!
