Most people have ridden the Chiyoda Line, but there’s one part that feels like a secret. At the very end of the line, past Ayase, there’s a weird little extension with only one stop, a 3-car train, and a platform that doesn’t sound real.

In this video, I take the Chiyoda Line all the way to its mysterious last stop—Kita-Ayase. We’ll start at Nishi-Nippori and ride through Ayase, where Platform 0 actually exists. Then we hop on a tiny one-man operated train that only goes one stop. What’s even at the end of this line? Does it still feel like Tokyo?
