Howling Like a Wolf in Yellowstone

Can we decode wolf howls? Join the Colossal Foundation team and our partners at ‪@YellowstoneForever‬, the Yellowstone Wolf Project, and Grizzly Systems (‪@GrizCam‬) as they deploy and test a new recording unit designed to passively monitor wolves through sound. These devices run our AI to track pack movements, monitor pups, estimate pack sizes, and perhaps even help researchers begin to decode the language of wolves.
