Now it's Beth's turn to cope with the devastating news of Mick's tragic "accident". She takes it pretty badly and can't believe she's lost the love of her life. Josef has been a great pillar of strength to her and they quickly start turning to each other for comfort. He wastes no time in telling her his true feelings and how out of respect for Mick he'd always kept them well hidden. Now that there was nothing holding him back he asks her out on a date. Stunned and quite taken aback by this news Beth goes home more confused than ever, but after some deliberation she phones him up and accepts. Even after all the drama and tragedy that has unfolded over the last couple of days, they actually spend a lovely evening togther blissfully unaware of prying eyes skulking in the shadows!
