The first LL 9th degree Black Belt was given to Mr. Nibardo Sanchez, and the 8th degree LL Black Belt was given to Mr. Al Garza. This is a historic LL video. it was the first major LL promotion gathering with LL practitioners coming from all over the world. Congratulations to all who were promoted by GM Tino Tuiolosega in this monumental historic event.
