Wadiyan Ki recipe ✅
-Ingredients:

Mong Daal 250 G
Masoor Daal 250 G
Mash Daal 250 G

2 tsp red chilli flakes
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 turmeric powder
7-8 green chillies
2 tsp white cumin powder
2 tsp dry coriander
2 tbsp dry methi
Ginger
Garlic cloves

Fry
1/2 cup cooking oil
8-9 waddiyan
Fry 1-2 minutes

In a pan 2 glass water
Boiling and add Wadiyan
Cover it cook for 5 minutes

2 medium size onion chopped
Fry
1 tbsp garlic ginger paste
2 tomatoes chopped

Spices
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 turmeric powder
1 tsp dry coriander
1/2 tsp red Kashmiri chilli powder
Mix and cook
1/2 cup water
Mix
Cover it and cook for 5 minutes
After 5 minutes uncover
Mix and add
2-3 potatoes
3 green chillies
Cook for 4 minutes and add 3-4 cups water cover it and cook for 15-20
