Repairing a Maintenance Free Battery Part 1/3

Testing out a two year old battery that has failed to crank up a car. Initial testing shows that the battery is weak, CCA is at 350 / 680CCA.

After topping up battery water, and running a pulse repair charger. We shall see whats the outcome of the battery health and whether repairing can enable it to be reused for another two years of life.

*it is noted that the battery water is lowest at the positive side where itnis subjected to the higher heat from the engine block and exhast header (battery is in a Toyota Estima 2Acfe ACR50).

Positive side is nearest to the hot exhast headers and subjected to about 80'C of engine cabin heat.
